Installed in closet set to auto. No lights coming on. Works on “on”. Seems motion sensor not working. I have 4 they are all the same issue.
Hi. If there is any ambient light, the light will not work in the auto mode. Please get back to us if the space you are using this light in is completely dark and it still doesn't work.

Have it installed and set to auto but the light doesn't turn on with motion what else do we try? Even replaced the batteries
Hi. It may be that there is ambient light nearby preventing the auto sensor from working properly. These lights only operate automatically in very dark areas.

I'm installing 2 approx. 16inches apart from center...only 1 goes on. How can I make it so both goes on in closet.
Hi. Please test both lights to be sure they are operating properly. Also, it is possible with your setup that the light from the first light is preventing the second one from coming on since they only work in dark environments.

Can I simply turn it on and off with out having it motion activated ?
Hi. Technically yes but you's have to remove the housing each time. Better off with motion activation.
